911 Supply Inc. has a large range of items for Firefighters, Police, and EMS.

We have in house artists who will work with you to customize a crest, hat, edge lit sign or blanket that you and your department will be proud of.   If you are happy with your existing logo we can duplicate it for you or we can work with  you to customize a new one.   

Art work is $165.00CAD.  Art work charges are waived following an order.  There are no returns or exchanges for any customized orders.

Shipping rates are based on the product weight and size.  Shipping charges are NOT eligible for any refunds, except when shipping errors are the fault of 911 Supply Inc., in which case, 911 Supply Inc. will pay for items to be returned.  To do so, simply E-mail Us at: orderdesk@911supplyinc.com and advise us as to what items are needing to be returned and or exchanged.
We cannot be held responsible to locate returns that are sent without our prior knowledge. Returns are subject to an inspection process, and are carefully examined by the manager, Merchandise must be in its original condition.  Shipping charges are nonrefundable, however this of course does not apply to defective merchandise.
A 20% restocking fee is applied when items are returned only. If items are exchanged the restocking fee is waived. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on an exchange.
